Terms of Service

1. The Service
Picup Media Retouching (operated by Picup Media) provides professional retouching of jewelry product images. You upload images, pay per image at checkout, we retouch them, and we deliver finished files to you digitally.
2. Payment and Order Finality
Retouching is billed at $6.50 USD per image (or deducted from your prepaid credits), with no minimum order. The number of images is counted at upload, and payment or credits are taken the moment you submit. Orders are final once submitted — your images go straight into our retouching queue and begin processing immediately, so they cannot be changed, edited, re-specified, or canceled after submission. Please double-check your images and your retouching specifications before you submit.
3. Free Sample
We offer one free sample image per customer, identified by email address. The free sample is limited to one redemption per person; attempts to claim multiple free samples using alias or disposable email addresses may be declined.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of every image you upload and every retouched file we deliver. By submitting images, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not use your images for marketing without your written permission.
5. Retouching Output
While our results are consistently high quality, a retouched image can occasionally fall short of what you need. If a delivered image is defective or unusable, contact us and we will redo it or refund that image's fee at our discretion.
6. Revisions
For 7 days after an image is delivered, you may request revisions on that image at no additional charge. Each image may be revised up to 2 times; after the 7-day window closes or the 2 revisions are used, further changes are treated as a new order. Revisions are typically ready within 4 hours. Every version is saved to your account, so earlier results are never lost.
7. Delivery and Retention
Finished images are delivered by email with a link to a private download page. We retain your files for 90 days from delivery, after which they are permanently deleted. Keep copies of your originals and downloads — we are not an archival service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit images that are unlawful, infringing, or unrelated to legitimate product photography. We may decline or refund any order at our discretion.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
