1. What We Collect
To deliver your order we collect: the images you upload, your email address, payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see or store your card details), and basic technical data such as IP address for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
2. How We Use It
Your email is used to deliver your finished images, send order confirmations, and respond to support requests. Your images are used solely to perform the retouching you paid for. IP addresses are used only to prevent abuse of the free sample offer.
3. Image Processing
Your images are processed on secure third-party infrastructure under data processing agreements. They are transmitted securely and used only to produce your retouched output.
4. Storage and Retention
Uploaded and finished images are stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage. Files are retained for 90 days after delivery and then permanently deleted. Unpaid draft uploads are deleted within 48 hours.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers required to run the service: Stripe (payments), our cloud storage and processing providers, and our email provider (delivery).
6. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data — including images and order history — at any time by emailing support@picupmedia.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
